I stopped on my way home from work at Uncle John’s Cider Mill and had a buttermilk donut and a cup of hot cider. Mmmmm. Autumn in Michigan.
Naked Green Machine for breakfast.
Lunch was brown rice and black bean burritos with salsa.
Handful of raw cashews for lunch.
For dinner I’m thinking a big lettuce salad with roasted veggies on it.
Got in 40 minutes on the treadmill too. Other than allergies, I’m feeling really good. I have no idea if this would be considered a pretty typical vegan eating day since it’s my first try.
